After our successful bid for funding for the conversion of 61-65 Norfolk Street Liverpool for new accommodation for high growth digital and creative businesses, the project is on site and proceeding apace.
This is our fourth commission for Baltic Creative, and one of the most satisfying as it will deliver much needed grow on space for the organisation’s existing tenants, and principally those linked to the burgeoning digital industries, but also has a further dimension – the rescuing of a listed shipping warehouse.
The scheme is due to complete later this year, and has been delivered in partnership with Liverpool City Council as freeholder, Safestore plc, an adjoining owner, and the Charity Bank.
